The error dialog that is shown after theme installation, it happens to any theme listed in the install theme window

When I try to install themes to Yakuake terminal from it's own theme manager, I get the error:

"The following visual is missing files. Hence, it was removed:
<li>[Theme name]</li>"

Path to replicate the error:
Open Yakuake with shortcut key
click on Menu > Configure Yakuake
In the Configure - Yakuake Window, click on "Appearance"
"Click on Obtain new visuals..." button
Choose any visual theme from the new opened window and click "install"
When installation finishes, click on "close" buitton
Then error dialog shows up with the related error

What it should do:

Open Yakuake with shortcut key
click on Menu > Configure Yakuake
In the Configure - Yakuake Window, click on "Appearance"
"Click on Obtain new visuals..." button
Choose any visual theme from the new opened window and click "install"
The new visual theme appears in the installed appearance list

I can confirm this bug -- running KDE via Ubuntu 18.04.

Note that themes can be installed via "Install Skin", but can't be installed via the "Get New Skins" theme installer that downloads the theme directly.

I don't know what the automatic theme installer does, but if it uses KNS, then this bug could be a duplicate of bug #395012.

A secondary aspect of this is that it prints "<li>" directly, instead of showing a bullet point.

How does one manually install a yakuake skin?
