touchpad

reproducible on neon dev unstable and opensuse krypton when I use icon view in system settings.

start wayland session
open system settings > display and monitor
back to all settings and open any kcm below

input devices > touchpad
application style > window decorations
workspace theme > any section
connections
multimedia > audio volume
startup and shutdown > boot splash
applications > launch feedback

problem persists on Arch Linux running plasma 5.13 beta, qt 5.11 rc2.

Activities tab is empty after switching to other tab and back

Steps:
1. Press Meta+Q. 
2. Press top Activities settings button.
3. Switch from Activities tab to some other.
4. Switch back.
