Description Jean-Claude 2017-09-26 09:27:56 UTC
This is related to bug 384171
I have two ZWO cameras : ASI1600 and ASI120, both color cameras.
In the Imager panel, the two cameras appear.
If I select the ASI120, I can make a Preview.
Then I select the ASI1600 and I can make another Preview.
Now I select the ASI120 again : a Preview crashes KStars.
KStars 2.8.4 on macOS Sierra.

Can you please try to reproduce this with latest KStars release 2.8.8?

Hi Jasem, yes the bug is still in KStars 2.8.8
I attach the session log (in which I included the Apple report)

I resolved this bug after reinstalling my system.
I arrived to this "solution" after having observed that :
- the bug didn't occur on a new system
- it didn't occur either with other users.
Thus it seems that conflict occurred between the KStars ZWO camera driver and some unknown additional installation.
