"Ultra-flat-icons" collection used for icons

Tooltip is too large when an icon uses vector data.
I am working on Kubuntu 17.04 with KDE backports and with 5.9 version it was OK but now the tooltip is horrible.

The problem can be seen on 3 of screenshots, "screenshot-1" is showing that with the icon provided by the app itself the tooltip is fine.
