When adding a GMail IMAP account, the password box greys out (figure 1).  After clicking "OK", a dialog appears with a web page from Google, saying that Akonadi is asking for permission to manage the account (figure 2).  After granting access, it displays a code, and instructs the user to "copy the code", "switch to the application" and "paste it there" (figure 3).  However, there's nowhere to paste the code in KMail.
