Every time the Konqueror is started the main window is set to very small size and unwanted "Bookmarks toolbar" is shown. I can hide the toolbar and resize the window, but when the Konqueror is restarted, the toolbar is shown again and the main window size is small.

I tried to create new linux user with new kde configuration and the behaviour is the same.

I use KDE5 Konqueror for 3 months now and all versions behave the same.

Confirmed with latest master build from sources:
konqueror 5.0.97 + Frameworks 5.33.0 + Qt 5.7.0

Duplicate, should be fixed in 17.04 (RC).
