KDE neon LTS User Edition 5.8

Switch users from an unprivileged user (with KWallet disabled) to an Admin user (with KWallet active, may be irrelevant), in an area with multiple WiFi networks where one of which is added as a connection in the first user.

In the new (switched) user session, the known network connects correctly (and Connection activated notification is shown), but the applet incorrectly shows every Available network simultaneously listed as "Connected" under Active connections, even though it is only actually connected to one of the available networks.
