This occurs to the KDE Print-manager version included in Ubuntu Xenial packages. I have tried on KDE Neon 5.8 LTS user edition. When I modify any settings in the Print-manager, like "Output Mode" or "Print Quality", and apply the changes, this changes are not saved. When I reopen the configuration settings, all are in default options.
I have realized that when I modify any option, and next I click on "Apply", changes are not saved. But if I click on "Accept/OK", without clicking on "Apply", changes are saved.
