A crash going through the cycle
SystemSetting->Application Style->Window Decorations-> (back to) All Settings

that can be reproduced every time,

The kde report bug tool is saying that the backtrace is not helpful at all.

It will also crash when exit/close from the window of
System Settings -> Application Style -> Window Decorations.
