Or you use plasma colorschemes? This doesn't look good for kcm

https://github.com/numixproject/numix-kde-theme/blob/master/color-schemes/Numix.colors is what i use. As you guess, plasma theme is a dark one.

A similar problem exists when mixing breeze and breeze dark scheme and desktop themes.
