System setting's icons will squeeze together when using Chinese.

This problem is also found on openSuse.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Change your language to Chinese.


Actual Results:  
System setting's icons will squeze together.

Expected Results:  
The icons are ought to be a bit more dispersedly arranged.

Still reproducible on 5.12.5 
BTW I think this bug is related to https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=233508 , icon margin depends on locale produce a too large margin for polish and too small margin for chinese/japanese.
