When setting the scaling factor in the system settings, the content of the webview is shown in the wrong place, the font is still tiny and text selection is way off.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Activate scaling in system settings (e.g., set it to 1.5)
2. Open an email, news or anything else that uses a webview

Actual Results:  
Content is shown in the middle of the screen, marking text is broken, font is too small

Expected Results:  
Content starts at the beginning of the screen, font is scaled, text selection is working
