Holds for both kickoff and kickoff fullscreen launcher. There are certain applications, which show up their application icon and name, when you search them by typing, but which only have a blank placeholder (without icon and name), when you list them in "Recent Applications" (fullscreen launcher) or "History" (normal kickoff launcher). By clicking the blank placeholder it opens the corresponding application, but right-clicking on the blank placeholder doesn't give the context menu (Add to favorites, Forget Application, Forget all Applications). So these placeholders can only be forgotten by forgetting all recent applications. Many (perhaps all?) applications which do not show icon and name in "Recent Applications" are kcmshell5 applications (e.g. About System, Spell Check, Screen Locker, ...) See screenshots.
