As stated in comment 22 bug #350825 . Since the update to kf5 5.12.0 the networkmanager applet, when used from a panel, has a very small popup, hard to see / use. It's smaller than the one popping up when used from the systray, which works as expected.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. add the networks widget to a panel
2. open the network widget from a panel
3. compare the pop up size with the one from the network widget from the systray

Actual Results:  
Notice the size difference between the two, sometimes, when used from the panel, the networks widget window is too small to be easy to use

Expected Results:  
The networks widget window should be bigger when used from the panel, ideally the same size as when used from the systray or anyway big enough not to preset any impairment
