Some properties of layer such as Visible, Locked, Inherit Alpha and Alpha locked aren't translated in 2.9.10. AE beta

Steps to Reproduce:
1. when you launch krita in Japanese

Actual Results:  
Some properties of layer such as Visible, Locked, Inherit Alpha, Alpha locked and Onion skins aren't translated in 2.9.10. AE beta

Hm, we need to check whether this is fixed in 3.0, once we have a release with translations for that.

These properties can be translated on 3.0 alpha git 5bd8323 for it, but a issue that some properties are untranslatable with any translation resource files is getting much worse on 3.0 than 2.9
