In Japanese ui, I can't manipulate Inherit Alpha, Alpha Locked on Timeline docker and Layer docker. And Onion skins also locked when I use .mo files I edited. So I think it might be a bug about localization.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Switch application language from American English to one of the other languages (I chose Japanese). You don't have to restart krita after that. (This bug happens instantly)

Actual Results:  
UI is turned into the language you can't manipulate Inherit Alpha, Alpha Locked on Timeline docker and Layer docker.

Expected Results:  
UI is turned into the language you choose but everything goes smooth

And when I click Inherit Alpha and Alpha locked on Timeline docker, bottom bar shows "Updating...", Though nothing will be updated

It repros on my PC as well. 

I note one probably related difference between the animation build vs normal 2.9.9 - in layer tooltip, 2.9.9 shows "inherit alpha" and "alpha lock" in Japanese, while the animation build shows English for these two. There could be something related with localization here.

I tried under Linux, where it now works. I'll recheck when we've got a windows build with working translatiosn.

This no longer repros with 3.0.1 and 3.0.1.90.
