I am not sure if this is the correct module for this kind of bug. I suspect that the following bugs are all somehow related:

- https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=357422 (Alt+F1 for K menu does not work)

I think the problem was my base system. After a fresh install of openSUSE 42.1 the problem is now resolved.
