I freshly logged in and pressed Ctrl+Esc to start System Monitor.

After closing it and pressing it a second time, nothing happened.

Then I launched `kcmshell5 kcmkded` which results to screenshot 1 (the console text comes from the console I started the program) and then after about a minute to screenshot 2.

After a fresh install of openSUSE 42.1 the problem was resolved.
