Hi Charlotte,

I haven't yet had time to test on my SP3, but could you tell me which version of Krita you are using exactly? Thanks,

Boudewijn

Hi Charlotte,

Someone came by on our chat channel the other day with the same problem. Could you try to:

* close krita
* go to %APPDATA%\Roaming with the explorer file manager
* rename the krita folder to krita.bak
* start krita again.

This fixed the problem for the person on Irc. If that solves the problem for you, too, could you make a zip archive of the krita.bak folder and send it to me so I can check what's up?

The zoom problem actually fixed itself a couple days ago. I don't know what
happened, but I didn't change anything in my computer settings or in the
program and it randomly started to work again.
Thanks!
Charlotte
