Version 15.08.2.
The folder properties dialog has no folder share tab.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Right click on folder.
2. Select Properties.
3. 

Actual Results:  
No Share tab. (Only General and Permissions.)

Expected Results:  
At least 3 tabs.

1. Dolphin now "sees" and can access the network from the Places pane.
2. All works fine in Konqueror.

Thanks for the bug report. This happens because the required plugin for the Properties dialog has no released KF5-based version yet. It will be part of the next KDE Applications release though.

The reason why it works in Konqueror is that the latest released Konqueror version is still based on kdelibs 4.x.
