The text label at the top of the password dialog does not entirely fit, and the bottom of it gets cropped off.  See attached screenshot.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Log into a new user account
2. Perform any action that requires creating a wallet

Actual Results:  
The text in the dialog is cropped.

Expected Results:  
The text in the password dialog should be readable.
