After a clean reboot with the Plasma standard panel, the networkmanager icon is often missing and an empty spacer is visible. Unfortunately the empty spacer does nothing when I click on it.

Often after logout and login it is back visible.

Reproducible: Sometimes

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Reboot into KDE

Actual Results:  
The icon is missing and a empty space appears which does nothing on click.

Expected Results:  
The networkmanager icon appears and can be clicked
