Getting the exact same error using the same steps.

I got this as well. Could you pretty please fix. Same procedure as above to reproduce.
Thankyou in advance

This app has reached its user limit. Contact the app developer and ask them to use the Dropbox API App Console to increase their app's user limit.

I can also confirm this. According to the thread below, the developer should apply for "production" from Dropbox:

Comment 4 Alfredo Varas 2015-12-20 11:33:44 UTC
Confirmed. Please, account used to develop storageservicemanager must be applied for production. I hope a personal one was not used.

Comment 8 kramski 2016-06-28 21:04:20 UTC
Same here (Arch Linux).

Storage Service Manager 5.2.2
KDE Frameworks 5.23.0
Qt 5.7.0 (kompiliert gegen 5.6.0)
Das xcb Fenstersystem
Comment 9 Light Yagami 2017-03-21 08:39:43 UTC
Confirmed I get same message in latest OpenSuse Tumbleweed.

"This app has reached its user limit. Contact the app developer and ask them to use the Dropbox API App Console to increase their app's user limit."

Please it makes the app almost useless, since it already has little services.

Thanks!
