More and more laptops come with multitouch trackpad and/or touchscreen. These can be exploited fully using touchegg, a brilliant little software to configure multitouch actions. It's configuration file ($HOME/.config/touchegg/touchegg.conf) is very easy to work with, so I guess creating a KCM GUI would not be impossible and would benefit a lot of users. As an example, a non-KDE GUI is Touchegg-gce. Having such an included GUI would be a great asset for KDE at a comparatively low programming cost. Reproducible: Always
