Description Robby Engelmann 2015-01-15 07:31:24 UTC
When I change the configuration of my touchpad on Lenovo X220, the config before is active after restart. That means no scrolling and slow movement.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. change config using kcm-module
2. apply --> all is fine
3. restart computer

Actual Results:
configuration is reset to previous settings. When you open the touchpad-kcm it shows
"Active settings don't match saved settings.
You currently see saved settings."

Expected Results:
change config should be stable

You're using synaptics driver, I hope?
This is an issue with the plasma 5.1.95 (5.2 beta), not related to kcm-touchpad as such. Can you upgrade to 5.2 and confirm whether it fixes the issue?

Yes, I am using synaptics driver and yes, it is gone in 5.2 final version.

I'm having this issue in Kubuntu 15.10 with my Logitech T650 - if this was fixed in Plasma it appears to have returned.
