Description Monika Eggers 2014-12-23 18:05:22 UTC
(My kate is version 3.14.1, but only 3.14.0 and 3.14.2 were available.)

When I open two (or more) files in kate, every time I switch between them in the tree on the left, the toolbar buttons (in particular "save" and "save as") move around, until they have found a position they are comfortable in, then they stay there.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open two text files in the same kate.
2. Switch from one to the other in the tree on the left. See the buttons move.
3. Switch to the other one. See the buttons move.
4. Switch back to the first one. See the buttons move.
5. Repeat a couple of times.
6. Then the buttons stop moving.

Actual Results:
the buttons move

Expected Results:
the buttons should not move
