Tested on Dolphin 4.13.3 and 4.14.  When the infopanel is small in size it starts multiplying the tags. So as an example

I ve seen it up to 5 times.  Sometimes you have to wait 10-20 sec before it starts. When panel is expanded a little, it automaticly corrects itself.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Make the infopanel-size small
2.
3.


Expected Results:  
show each tag one time
