After installation of Kubutu 14.04.1 I've defined 2 more users. So I work with 3 users. Alle users are shown in the kuser-module. But the usermanagement in systemsettings shows only 2 users. The missing user cannot be entered.
(System: Linux (x86_64) release 3.13.0-36-generic)

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.  install kubuntu 14.04.1 with admin-user and  encryption of home
2.  define 2 more users
3.  select systemsettings, usermanagement. The 3rd defined user is not shown
4. install kuser: All users are shown only in kuser

Actual Results:
