If I open the geolocation (right panel) or the geolocation menu both opens but doesn't show any map, instead showing the empty background. At the same time using a browser open the map isn't a problem, so there shouldn't be a network problem. This is new, I was using the interface some weeks ago with no problem.

Beside this Digikam shows a bug:

Steps to Reproduce:
1. choose a picture
2A. open the geolocation panel
2B. open the geolacation menu
Actual Results:  
shows empty background

Expected Results:  
show the google map
