Hi Christoph.

When I click on 'Set Effects' button, a dialog is open. I can change options, but no preview in main window and dialog, like in KDE4.

Can you confirm this issue is with the Breeze icon theme, but works correctly with Oxygen theme?

Yes, works with Oxygen icon theme.

There have been a couple of fixes for icon KCM for Breeze and this works now
