Description Eike Hein 2014-05-13 21:47:51 UTC
The Plasma 1 version of Kickoff used to have per-application context menu actions to add them to the panel or the desktop.

Adding an application to the desktop was smart enough to symlink the .desktop file instead of spawning an icon applet when the desktop containment is Folder View.

The Application Menu (Kicker) widget additionaly has an action to add an application to a Task Manager if in the same panel.

Reproducible: Always

Kickoff has been rewritten to use Kicker's backend and now supports this.
