Changing bug title as kwalletd crashes whenever wallet closes, not just when closed by screensaver. I can also reproduce the bug by clicking on Close and Force Closure (force needed because kwalletmanager is connected to the wallet).
After upgrading to Kubuntu 14.04 with KDE 4.13.0, the crash no longer occurs.
Issue was caused by a downstream patch.
