Suggest a switch in the menu that would allow user to have Kruler appear above the program being adjusted while adjustments are made. This would allow sizing and such to be adjusted yo Kruler.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open Kruler
2. Go to Paint, e.g.
3. Kruler drops out of sight. IOW, you can use it for measurements after changes are made, but not while adjustments are made.
Actual Results:  
Kruler hides when you adjust the other program.
