file > "print preview" (translated from German) displays an okular icon in the upper left corner of each page but nothing else.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Download above file
2. Open file with okular
3. preview file
Actual Results:  
okular icon in the upper left corner of each page but nothing else.

Expected Results:  
Page content displayed

The error occurs with many but not all pdf files.
I use evince as a work around.

works for me with:
Okular: 0.18.0 in Kubuntu 12.04 KDE 4.12.0
Compiled from sources in stable: Okular: 0.18.1 with KDE: 4.12.1
Compiled from sources in master Okular: 0.18.60 with KDE Development Platform:
4.12.60
All using Qt: 4.8.2 + poppler 0.18.4

Which ghostscript are you using?

Installation of
ghostscript 9.10-1.1 (found in http://rpmfind.net/linux/rpm2html/search.php?query=ghostscript)
solved the problem
