- What I was doing when the application crashed:
On startup, everything is fine, but as soon as synaptiks is going to diplay the error message that no touchpads, are found, plasma crashes

The crash can be reproduced sometimes.

plasma-desktop (4.11.5) on KDE Platform 4.11.5 using Qt 4.8.4

- What I was doing when the application crashed:
powered on pc.  kubuntu splash screen msg "crypt/*** was not found, could not load from E". desktop took longer than normal to load, but loaded, noticed that file system was missing. crash report came up only after i tried to reassign my widgets.
