KDE seems to have issues when used with docker, probably due to docker creating a lot of devices KDE is trying to access. Docker creates about a 100 devices it would seem. This causes kdialog ages to start (from e.g. file open in chromium), and dolphin at mostly constant 100% CPU as well. This corrected the problem for me: https://github.com/dotcloud/docker/blob/master/contrib/udev/80-docker.rules I believe this is an Arch packaging issue.
