After Upgrade from Kubuntu 13.04 to 13.10 the muon Updater claims that there are no updates. See Screenshot (1) But at the button in the botton-line it tells me that I can install updates ("Updates installieren") Screenshot (2). THere are definetly updates available as you can see in (3).

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open Muon Updater when updates are available
2.

Actual Results:  
The screen shws, that there are no updates

Expected Results:  
The packages to update should be shown in (1)
