Description Craciun Dan 2013-10-04 20:06:32 UTC
The power management module in System Settings doesn't seem to work properly. Laptop lid closed and power button don't seem to change according to the changes selected in settings (suspend will not work, power button will always shut down the laptop). This is on Lenovo G580 notebook with Celeron 1000M 1.8 GHz and Mint 15 KDE with all the updates to date.

Reproducible: Always

Confirmed since i have the same issue.

Some more details specifically for suspending. KDE does not suspend, it simply turns the display off even though it should suspend. typing "systemctl suspend" on the command line will really suspend it.

The above description holds true on the Samsung ativ ultrabooks.
