(This is not a duplicate of similar sounding bug 118269)

To reproduce:
- create a folder with files named A1 and A2
- visit this folder using the file dialog
- now type "A" and watch completion suggestions
- externally add a new file A3 to the folder
- note that A3 appears in the file dialog view

Actual result:
Now there is no way to get A3 to appear in the completion suggestions. Neither F5, nor changing the folder and revisiting it, nor clearing the completion box and re-typing "A" helps. You have to cancel the dialog, and reopen it.

Still an issue in KDE Frameworks 5.45.
