Version: (using KDE KDE 3.5.0) Installed from: Mandriva RPMs OS: Linux Tab completion in KDE's filepicker works almost, but not quite perfectly. The "Location:" field does everything one could want (Thank you for improving vastly on KDE 3.3.2!). However, the main window doesn't update to follow it. So as I am tab-completing my way through the path in the Location field, the list of files in the main pane doesn't update to show me what is in the current directory (that I have tab completed to), but remains where it was when the GUI opened. One other slight inconsistency: If you have just autocompleted as far as a directory (i.e. the final character in the Location field is '/'), then the little dropdown box containing the possibilities does not appear. You must type at least one letter first. Perhaps [tab][tab] should do something? Sorry if this is confusing - trying to describe the precise nature of a GUI anomaly is hard. If it's unclear, please ask, and I'll try to clarify.
Moving from "kio/kfile" component to "kfile" product, helps sorting out duplicates.
