I have two monitors, the laptop's build in one and a larger external one. If I set the laptop monitor to be located lower in the multi-monitor setup (so the two screens align at the bottom, and the top of the smaller screen is lower than the top of the larger screen), the titles of maximized windows are hidden "behind" the top panel. If I set the two monitors to be aligned at the top, the titles are located correctly, visible just below the top panel. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Set up two monitors with different resolution 2. Set the monitors to be aligned at the bottom, rather than the top 3. Configure a control panel in "always visible" mode to be shown at the top edge of the smaller screen. 4. Open a window on the smaller screen 5. Maximize that window Actual Results: The window's title bar is hidden by the top panel Expected Results: The window's title bar is visible just below the top panel. This is similar to bug 310246, but that is about a bottom bar. Not sure whether it's caused by the same problem. Bug 187220 is also somewhat similar, but so old I doubt that it's the same issue.

Though not a really good one since that makes my mouse to warp up when switching monitor because of the placement.
