Steps to Reproduce:
1. Reboot the box and unplug the network (wired) cable and disable wireless network
2.

Actual Results:  
The box restarts but KDE palsma-desktop crashes

Expected Results:  
The box should restart with the KDE plasma-desktop since it has been set as the default desktop
