Notifications which popup from a bottom panel are - for a nice optical experience - trimmed at the bottom. I.e. no round edges, no shadow.

This trimmed side of the notification must be adopted for top or side panels, but currently its not. See also attached screenshot.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create side panel with notification icon.
2. Trigger notification.
Actual Results:  
Notification pops-up from the side, but with trimmed bottom, instead of trimmed side.

Expected Results:  
Notification should appear trimmed on the side which is adjacent to the panel.
