I don't view anything in molecular editor window. Mouse cursor change shape in the editor but no 3d at all. I've an hd3000 and nvidia gforce as videocard (used with optirun).

Xorg server v. 1.14.0
Opegl mesa 9.1.1

Reproducible: Always

Hi

Thanks, for the bugreport. I can confirm this.
I am using KDE 4.10 and kalzium from master.
Xorg 1.14.
Avogadro 1.1.0

I have unfortunately no clue what could cause that...

Same bug on KDE 4.13.0 with Kalzium 2.4.01. I'm running Kubuntu 14.04 with an AMD Radeon HD 8790M and Catalyst 13.25 driver, and Xorg 7.7

I'm having the same issue on Kubuntu 14.10. The Kalzium molecule editor window should only a black window, but Avogadro works fine. Here is the Ubuntu bug report:

My specs:
$ lspci | grep -i vga

$ cat /etc/issue
Ubuntu 14.10 \n \l
$ uname -a

The molecule editor was ported to Avogadro 2 for the upcoming Kalzium release in December (KDE Applications 16.12). With that version I cannot reproduce the bug.
