- What I was doing when the application crashed:

clicked show actvity manager then add widget then plasma desktop crashed(had desktop icons template multimedia template and default closed all but default and repeated action) happened regardless of templates open and everytime the action is repeated

The crash can be reproduced every time.

plasma-desktop (0.4) on KDE Platform 4.9.5 using Qt 4.8.3

- What I was doing when the application crashed:

I had clicked on 'Show Activity Manager' widget, then clicked on 'Add widgets' button. After that action Plasma crashed.
