Description Leon 2013-02-15 06:27:14 UTC
When one clicks on the Save function after adding a menu item, the progress bar loops, and every iteration it loops with slower intervals. It never completes and one has to cancel. The menu item is never added

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Right click kick-off icon
2. Select Edit Applications
3. Add an item (in my case under development)
4. Select "Save"
Actual Results:
The saving progress bar appears, and then continuously runs to 100%. With every iteration it takes longer to reach 100%. It never completes unless cancel is pressed. the item is never saved, so when re-opening, one has to do it all again (in vain), with the only option to add the item some other way in root.

Expected Results:
Item should be saved and visible afterwards in the menus
