I use version 0.5.2 of Telepathy/KDE. The Quick Chat plasmoid is broken: Everything from the text input line to the icons overlaps and the text message is missing entirely. Please see attached screenshot.

This happened after getting the contact icon in the Quick Chat plasmoid once, clicking the red close icon (the contact icon vanished from the Quick Chat plasmoid), and viewing the conversation the regular Chat window. Then I closed the Chat window and waited for the next message to appear, so that the Quick Chat plasmoid would show the contact icon again. After it showed up, clicking it produces the unusable thing you see in the screenshot.
