New theme installed using "Get new themes" is not available for selection.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
Open "System Settings" - "Login Screen" - "Theme" - "Get New Themes".
"Install" theme.
Close "Get Hot New Stuff" dialogue and select new installed theme.
Actual Results:  
New installed theme is not available.

Expected Results:  
New installed theme should be available for selection.
