Up and down arrow keys no longer work for browsing results of a search in Kickoff, forcing the user to reach for the mouse if such selection is necessary. This worked fine in 4.7.3, last I checked.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open Kickoff
2. Start search
3. Press down to select the relevant entry
Actual Results:  
Nothing, unless you hover the mouse above an entry to draw focus.

Expected Results:  
The browsing of search results.
