When I enter a search term in kickoff's search field, the list which is returned is not navigable via keyboard. 

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Press Alt-F1 to open kickoff
2. enter a search term
3. try arrow-down / arrow-up
Actual Results:  
when the list of search results is displayed, the arrow keys have no effect. There is seemingly no way of navigating through the list and select another that the topmost entry. 

Expected Results:  
arrow down/up should navigate through the list, as they do when you open kickoff without entering a search term.
